Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of HVAC issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to homeowners.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform service and maintenance on air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, hydronic boilers, and IAQ equipment.
• Conduct system evaluations and identify root causes of issues.
• Present repair options clearly and professionally.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain pricing to homeowners.
• Coordinate parts and repairs; document service activities.
• Educate homeowners on performance, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
• Mentor HVAC Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices.
