Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is actively hiring a Residential HVAC Technician to service and repair heating and cooling systems in customer homes. You will diagnose issues, quote prices, and deliver excellent customer service on every call.

Qualifications

• EPA certified Residential HVAC technicians with experience in residential service and sales.
• Ability to determine residential HVAC service needs, quote prices, and perform repairs.
• Interact and communicate well with customers in homes and businesses.
• Attain training to expand knowledge base and pursue additional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers.
• Be thorough in inspections, and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs.
• Complete proposed work as quoted.
• Participate in on-call assignments and back-up as required.
• Attend all required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Promote a professional and friendly work environment.
• Work hard, smart and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
