Job summary

Michael & Son Services is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair home HVAC systems. You will service heating and cooling equipment and deliver exceptional customer experiences on every call.

The role offers a substantial sign-on bonus, uncapped earning potential up to $175,000+ per year, and year-round work with a take-home company truck and gas card. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet
