Michael & Son Services is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems, delivering professional, solution-focused service on every call.

This role offers year-round work, a potential six-figure annual income, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified licensed technicians, a company truck with gas card, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision and a 401(k). Dispatch from home supports flexible start points.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman or Master license is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service.
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options.
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet.
