Job summary
Michael and Son Services is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems. The role offers year-round work, a potential to earn $175,000+ annually, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for licensed technicians.
Work includes serving and maintaining HVAC equipment, delivering top-tier customer service, and completing paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
- Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
- EPA 608 certification is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service.
- Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options.
- Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet.
