Job summary

Michael and Son Services is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career with one of the Mid-Atlantic's most trusted home service companies.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, deliver professional customer service, and complete work orders with a company tablet. Dispatch from home, year-round work, and substantial earning potential with licensure bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus
• EPA 608 certification is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet

Education

Journeyman or Master HVAC license

EPA 608 certification
