Qualified technicians may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus and have potential to earn $175,000+ annually. The company provides a take-home truck, gas card, and benefits, with year-round steady work.

Qualifications

Must have strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent customer-facing communication and service orientation.
EPA 608 certification a plus.
Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment (AC, heat pumps, furnaces).
Deliver professional, courteous customer service on each call.
Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options.
Complete paperless work orders using a company tablet.
