Qualifications

• 1–2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Excellent communication with homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and identify equipment problems.
• Complete repairs and service work efficiently and to quality standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and help customers with system reliability.
• Explain issues, options, and maintenance recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Document work and communicate with the office team.
