Job summary

Essig Plumbing & Heating in Berks County is seeking experienced residential HVAC Service Technicians. Earn up to $120k per year through a guaranteed base wage plus uncapped commissions, with no cap and deployment from home. Take your truck home each night and visit the office only once per week.

Qualifications

• Two (2)+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• EPA refrigerant license or desire to obtain proper certification.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a 50 state background check
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred
• Willingness to continue education in HVAC field
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in confined spaces
