Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
- Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
- EPA 608 certification is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call.
- Present honest repair and replacement options.
- Complete paperless work orders using a tablet.
