Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Greater Hartford is seeking an HVAC installer to join our installation team. You will work on furnaces, central air systems, heat pumps, and air handlers in residential settings, ensuring code-compliant, high-quality installations.

You'll start each day on a company truck with plan reviews, then perform system connections, startup, testing, and troubleshooting, while maintaining a clean work area and clear communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing or replacing residential HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability and a safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install furnaces, central AC, heat pumps, and air handlers to code and manufacturer specs.
• Connect and adjust ductwork, thermostats, and controls; run startup, testing and diagnostics.
• Maintain a clean work area and communicate clearly with homeowners on-site.
