Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Greater Hartford is seeking hands-on HVAC installers to join our installation team. You’ll install and replace residential heating and cooling equipment with professional tools, training, and room to grow.

We welcome installers, service techs with installation experience, and sheet-metal mechanics with HVAC experience; prior title not required. Annual compensation is $85,000–$100,000 plus overtime, a company truck and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safe, quality work.
• Residential systems experience preferred; others considered.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, central air systems, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• Work with ductwork, thermostats, and controls; perform system startup and testing.
• Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer requirements and company standards.
• Keep job sites clean and communicate clearly with homeowners and teammates.
