Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Start Up Technician for our Residential New Construction Team. You will perform start up and repair of heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration systems in new homes, ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and strong English communication. A valid driver’s license is essential as travel between sites is required, with potential overtime and weekend

• Must communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Performs start up of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment per company requirements and manufacturer specs.
• Tests systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Identifies issues and follows up with required repairs for compliance.
• Completes all paperwork neatly, accurately and on time.
• Communicates any additional work or issues to management for change orders or adjustments.
• Follows all company policies and safety procedures.
• Duties may vary by location.
