Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning in Las Vegas seeks a Start Up Technician to perform startup and repair of heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration equipment for our Residential New Construction team.

You will test systems, identify issues, complete required repairs, and keep paperwork accurate while following safety policies. Strong English communication, basic computing, and a teamwork mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school certification preferred.
• EPA certification advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in English and follow safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform start up and repair of HVAC equipment per specs.
• Test systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Identify issues and complete required repairs.
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely.
• Coordinate with office/management on changes or needs.
