Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) in Columbia, MD. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will leverage internal warm leads, company-provided pipelines, and self-generation while visiting homes to tailor solutions and ensure a 100% satisfaction experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or GED required; Bachelor's degree or related sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience; preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong business development abilities, negotiation skills, and closing sales.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Customer Experience Champion: Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and retention.
• Sales Generation: Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Onsite Collaboration: Partner with our technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to the home’s requirements.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends, energy-efficient technology, and innovative service methods.
