Alpha 1 Heating & Cooling is seeking a Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician who can solve difficult problems, lead in the field, and operate without handholding. This is a working leadership role — not a title, with escalations and development of less experienced technicians.

You’ll run complex service calls independently, manage challenging field situations, and help set the standard for workmanship and customer experience across the company.

Location: Collegeville, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $85,000–$110,000+ (Base + Performance Incentives) | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a senior-level Residential HVAC Service Technician who can solve difficult problems, lead in the field, and operate without handholding.

This is a working leadership role — not a title.

You’ll take escalations, handle complex diagnostics, support developing technicians, and help set the standard for how work gets performed across the company.

Some technicians complete calls.

Senior technicians create trust, solve high-level problems consistently, and raise the standard around them.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

This is field work. Long days, ladders, rooftops, attics, crawlspaces, heavy equipment, and weather exposure are part of the job.

You’ll carry tools and materials, lift 50+ lbs, stay productive in difficult conditions, and continue performing when the call gets complicated or the day gets long.
