Location: Collegeville, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $18–$28/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring an HVAC Apprentice / Entry Level Technician — someone ready to work, learn fast, and earn responsibility over time.

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, support service calls, and build the skills needed to eventually run your own calls independently.

What You’ll Do:

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

This work happens in real‑world conditions — not climate‑controlled shops or clean office buildings.

You’ll work in 130°+ attics in the summer, freezing rain and wind on rooftops in the winter, tight crawlspaces, wet basements, and cramped mechanical spaces year‑round.

You’ll carry tools, climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, stay on your feet, and keep moving when conditions are uncomfortable.

A lot of people say they want to work in HVAC. Some change their mind halfway through their first attic in July.

This trade rewards people who can stay productive, focused, and professional when the conditions stop being comfortable.
