EMCOR Group, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Residential Service Technician to service residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, split systems, air handlers, and ductwork. The position is on-site and requires a valid driver's license.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, perform wiring checks and refrigerant charging, and coordinate with field personnel. EPA refrigerant certification is required or must be obtained; physical ability to lift up to 60

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certificate required or must be obtained.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform physical tasks.
• Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet physical requirements to perform duties.
• Review job packages and communicate/coordinate information to field personnel.
• Perform services for residential and light commercial installations.
• Maintain workmanship and service standards as set by the company.
• Work outdoors in weather extremes as required by company policy.
• Maintain daily communication with field personnel and project managers.
• Prepare paperwork pertinent to the service project (e.g. material pick sheets).
• Follow safety policies to ensure safety of self, personnel, and property.
• Complete timesheets daily and maintain tools and vehicles.
