Job summary
DS Home Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to independently run service calls, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and deliver excellent customer service in the Hudson Valley area. The role includes training, advancement opportunities, and a family-owned culture.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Ability to run a service van independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to use tablets and mobile software.
- Basic hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Run residential service calls in a company-provided van.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners.
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options.
- Complete work orders, documentation, and photos using company software.
