GEM Plumbing & Heating Services, LLC is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to repair, maintain, and replace heating and cooling systems for customers in Massachusetts. This full-time role includes benefits and a focus on quality service delivered with integrity.

You will work on residential systems, respond to service calls, perform diagnostics, and ensure safety and compliance. A MA journeyman license or RI MA license is required, plus strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Holds a MA or RI Journeyman License for residential HVAC work.
• Prior residential HVAC service experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace HVAC systems in various settings.
• Provide world-class customer service daily.
• Complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors in a professional manner.

As the Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will repair, maintain, and replace all HVAC equipment for the benefit of our customers. This position is full time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various HVAC systems sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
