What You'll Do:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be the face of the company while visiting clients’ homes to:

• Service, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems

• Install or replace equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes

• Identify and present sales opportunities for system upgrades and replacements

• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers

• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours service

What You’ll Need:

• Prior experience in HVAC service, troubleshooting, and repair

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency

• Willingness to work some weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
