What You'll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (rooftop units, walk-ins, splits, and more)
• Quickly diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
• Work independently or with apprentices to complete projects on time and up to standard
• Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with customers
• Represent RLP with professionalism and urgency on every job

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC/R systems
• Current TDLR Technician Card and EPA Type II Certification
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to take rotational on-call shifts
• Foreman or lead experience? Even better
