Qualifications

• Experience in residential HVAC service is preferred.
• Registration eligibility with Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required for refrigerant work.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to access attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor North Texas conditions.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, tune-ups, and safety checks.
• Communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Complete work orders, service documentation, and job notes accurately.
• Follow company safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and represent the company professionally.
