Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior, successful experience as an HVAC Technician preferred.
• NATE certification is a plus; strong technical and diagnostic abilities required.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems and troubleshoots malfunctions to determine necessary repairs.
• Maintains a neat, clean work area and ensures cleanliness after each job.
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers in clients' homes and keeps company vehicle clean inside/out.
• Adheres to company policies and ensures high-quality workmanship.
