Able Heating & Air, Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Tech to provide diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for residential systems in Culpeper and surrounding areas.

You will deliver reliable workmanship and excellent customer service while staying current on equipment and best practices. Top performers can earn up to $175K+ annually with a strong hourly rate of $24–$48 and a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• HVAC service experience is required; license preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain NATE certification within the first year.
