We don’t just fix HVAC systems—we protect the trust homeowners place in us. Our technicians are the face of our company inside our customers’ homes and we’re looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service and sales experience required.
• Ability to diagnose and present options to homeowners without pressure.
• Comfortable documenting service calls and photos in ServiceTitan.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities for repairs, IAQ solutions and system replacement.
• Present homeowners with clear, honest options and recommendations.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems
• Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, IAQ solutions and system replacement
• Present homeowners with clear, honest options and recommendations
• Educate customers so they can make confident decisions about their homes
• Take ownership of your calls from diagnosis through completion
• Accurately document service calls, photos, findings and recommendations in ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance
• Operate company vehicles, tools and equipment responsibly
• Meet performance expectations for revenue, efficiency, quality and customer experience
• Help build long-term customer relationships and a strong local reputation
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

This is not an entry-level HVAC position.

You May Be a Great Fit If You Are

• Experienced in residential HVAC service and sales
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners and presenting options

Requirements

• Residential HVAC service and sales experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet company background and drug-screening requirements
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential HVAC service work
  
  

NATE Certification Is Preferred But Not Required.
