Job summary

Burton Plumbing, a brand of Clarion Home Services Group, is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician in Omaha, NE. This full-time on-site and field-based role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed, and daily travel to local job sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and service.
• EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification; valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Own basic tools, gauges, and meters.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (including multi-zone equipment).
• Educate customers on their systems and set clear expectations.
• Identify sales opportunities and provide accurate quotes for enhancements.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Coordinate with other service trades and vendors as needed.
