Burton Plumbing, a Clarion Home Services Group brand, is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Omaha, NE. You will diagnose, repair, and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for homes, with opportunities to grow within a regional network.

This full-time, on-site role requires 1+ year of HVAC experience, EPA Universal/Type 2 certification, and a clean driving record. Compensation ranges from $25 to $32 per hour, plus benefits and overtime where available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and service.
• EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification; Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Own basic tools, gauges, and meters.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Educate customers on their systems and set expectations.
• Take ownership of revenue goals by identifying sales opportunities and providing quotes.
• Explain long-term value of high-efficiency equipment versus repairs.
• Perform system startups and coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle and communicate with dispatch.
