Job summary

Burton Plumbing, a proud brand of Clarion Home Services Group, is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer for our Omaha, NE area. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising a team, installing furnaces, ACs, and ductwork, and ensuring safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service/install experience.
• Knowledge of sheet metal practices and venting codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of installers, delegate tasks, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Install HVAC components (furnaces, ACs, ductwork), fabricate ductwork, braze lines, pull vacuum, and start systems.
• Enforce safety, maintain clean sites, meet manufacturer specs and building codes.
