Qualifications
- Five+ years of residential HVAC service experience with diagnostic troubleshooting & repair of HVAC systems.
- Three years of HVAC service technician experience with ability to train others.
- Willingness to work outdoors in any weather conditions; physical dexterity to lift 100+ pounds several times per week.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Field Service Technicians to serve customer needs.
- Increase business volume and customer base; manage staff to meet service goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to leadership.
- Coach technicians and communicate goals; lead weekly meetings.
- Ensure safety topics are included in coaching and training sessions.
