Job summary

Frank Gay Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Supervisor to lead the service team, coach technicians, and drive customer satisfaction. The role reports to the HVAC Service Manager and focuses on training in service, sales, and technical knowledge.

You will coordinate field technicians, monitor performance, and work across departments to ensure timely, quality service. Outdoor work, lifting requirements, and local travel are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of HVAC residential service experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair.
• Three (3) years of HVAC Service Technician experience with ability to train others.
• Outdoor work in any weather conditions.
• Physical dexterity to occasionally lift 75+ pounds.
• Some local travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Field Service Technicians, increasing business volume and customer base.
• Manage staff to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Partner with installation, dispatch, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Follow up and resolve escalated customer disputes/complaints.
• Monitor department performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching.
