Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in San Antonio seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Sales Technician to diagnose, sell, and service home comfort systems. This role combines field diagnostics with customer-focused recommendations and ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.

You will be compensated with high commissions, a competitive salary, and opportunities for advancement, while benefiting from a robust benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service and sales experience is required.
• Ability to diagnose residential systems and present options confidently.
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners and documenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, IAQ solutions and system replacement.
• Present homeowners with clear, honest options and recommendations.
• Educate customers to make informed decisions about their homes.
• Take ownership of calls from diagnosis through completion.
• Accurately document service calls, findings and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance.
• Operate company vehicles, tools and equipment responsibly.
• Meet performance expectations for revenue, efficiency, quality and customer experience.
• Help build long-term customer relationships and a strong local reputation.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems

Who We’re Looking For

This is not an entry‑level HVAC position.

Requirements

• Residential HVAC service and sales experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet company background and drug‑screening requirements
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential HVAC service work

NATE Certification Is Preferred But Not Required.
