One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Sales Technician. You will diagnose, service and repair systems, present clear options to homeowners, and manage the customer journey from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service and sales experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background and drug screen as per company policy.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks of HVAC service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades and IAQ solutions.
• Present homeowners with clear, honest options and recommendations.
• Educate customers to help them make confident decisions.
• Take ownership from diagnosis to completion of service calls.
• Document service calls, photos and findings in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and appearance.
• Operate company vehicles, tools and equipment responsibly.
• Meet revenue, efficiency, quality and customer-experience targets.
• Help build long-term customer relationships and local reputation.
