One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of San Antonio is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Selling Technician to join our growing team. You’ll diagnose, present repair and replacement options, and guide homeowners through the decision process with confidence and integrity.

We offer an hourly wage plus commissions and performance-based incentives, plus training and opportunities for advancement with a locally owned shop backed by Authority Brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential HVAC service and sales.
• Ability to communicate options clearly to homeowners.
• Comfortable with commission-based pay and performance incentives.
• Capable of documenting service calls and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, IAQ solutions and system replacement.
• Present homeowners with clear, honest options and recommendations.
• Educate customers so they can make confident decisions about their homes.
• Take ownership of your calls from diagnosis through completion.
• Accurately document service calls, photos, findings and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance.
• Operate company vehicles, tools and equipment responsibly.
• Meet performance expectations for revenue, efficiency, quality and customer experience.
• Help build long-term customer relationships and a strong local reputation.
