Job summary

National HVAC Service in Seaford, DE is seeking a full-time HVAC professional to survey, design, and manage retrofit and new installations. You will interact with customers professionally, perform load calculations and duct layouts, and coordinate material purchases and project details with installation crews.

The role involves providing accurate proposals, managing billing changes, and leading project meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and computer literacy.
• Background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report required.

Responsibilities

• Survey, develop, and present proposals for retrofit and new installations of HVAC systems.
• Interact with customer in professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner.
• Ability to perform load calculations and duct layout.
• HVAC designing of non-engineered projects.
• Acquire supplier material quotes, develop material requisition for job needs and coordinate material purchases.
• Coordinate project details with installation crews. Conduct project status meetings.
• Coordinate company billing change orders and project completion status.
