Job summary

National HVAC Service is seeking skilled professionals for retrofit and new HVAC installations. You will interact with customers with professional, knowledgeable care and support load calculations, duct layouts, and HVAC design for non-engineered projects.

You will coordinate material purchases, supplier quotes, and align installation crews with project milestones, while handling billing changes and project completion status in a dynamic, integrity-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC Systems.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of company background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Survey, develop, and present proposals for retrofit and new installations of HVAC systems.
• Interact with customer in professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner.
• Ability to perform load calculations and duct layout.
• HVAC designing of non-engineered projects.
• Acquire supplier material quotes, develop material requisition for job needs and coordinate material purchases.
• Coordinate project details with installation crews. Conduct project status meetings.
• Coordinate company billing change orders and project completion status.
