Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of common residential heating and cooling systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• NATE Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Clearly explain system concerns and repair options to homeowners.
• Identify appropriate repair, improvement, and replacement opportunities.
• Complete service tickets, invoices, and job documentation accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding scheduling and job progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Follow company safety, service, and quality standards.

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: $35.00-$45.00/hour, depending on experience

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering a professional customer experience.
