Job summary

Byrum seeks a Residential HVAC Lead Installer to own full-system installs in occupied homes and new construction. You will lead a small crew, install furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, and ductwork, and ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.

You will coach junior installers, maintain a safe, clean jobsite, and communicate clearly with homeowners, completing accurate documentation for each project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to lead a small crew and coach junior installers.
• Proficient in layout, rough-in, brazing, wiring, startup and commissioning.
• Strong communication with homeowners and attention to safety and quality.
