Authority Brands is seeking an HVAC Lead Installation Technician to oversee the complete installation of residential HVAC systems and accessories. You will supervise the Installation Technician, ensuring high quality work and customer satisfaction.

The role includes designing ducts, performing start-ups, and coaching apprentices while upholding company standards and safety protocols on job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of residential installation experience with solid references.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories per standards and manufacturer specs.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings.
• Perform limited diagnostics and start-ups on systems.
• Train apprentices on various aspects of the job.
• Maintain safe working conditions and communicate scope to customers.
