Job summary

Mechanical One is seeking HVAC installers for residential new construction projects. You’ll install duct work and HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new homes while upholding quality and safety standards.

Candidates should have 1 year of residential new construction installer experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and the ability to pass a drug screen. You’ll use power tools, lift over 50 pounds, and follow OSHA guidelines on site.

Qualifications

• 1 year HVAC residential new construction installer experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass drug screen.
• Ability to own and use power tools to complete HVAC jobs.
• Ability to lift objects safely over 50 pounds; able to climb, stand and kneel.
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders per OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to wear company approved PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Install duct work and HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on all installations.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues that arise during installation.
• Communicate with builder and supervisors about installation process; inform and educate personnel.
• Keep company vehicle clean and well maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
