Area Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for residential new construction projects. You will handle installations from rough-in to startup on newly built homes, working with a team that values quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience on residential new construction projects.
• Ability to complete rough-in and finish phases of installation.
• Experience reading blueprints/construction plans.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment installation and airflow principles.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC installations in newly constructed residential homes.
• Install duct systems, refrigerant piping, gas lines, venting, and drain lines.
• Set and connect furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers and ventilation equipment.
• Install thermostats and low-voltage wiring.
• Perform startup and verify proper system operation.
• Read construction drawings and coordinate with builders/trades.

What You’ll Be Doing

Complete HVAC installations in newly constructed residential homesInstall duct systems, refrigerant piping, gas lines, venting, and drain linesSet and connect furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and ventilation equipmentInstall thermostats and low-voltage wiringPerform equipment startup and verify proper system operationRead construction drawings and mechanical layoutsWork closely with builders and other trades to meet construction schedulesIdentify and resolve installation issues before project completionFollow all safety requirements and installation standardsKeep jobsites clean, organized, and professional

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

Three or more years of residential HVAC installation experienceStrong experience with residential new construction projectsThe ability to complete both rough-in and finish phases of installationExperience reading blueprints and construction plansKnowledge of residential HVAC equipment installation and airflow principlesA commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsA valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
