The role requires 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience, a valid license with clean MVR, and the ability to work on construction sites in various conditions while using power tools and PPE as required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC residential new construction installer experience.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass drug screen.
• Ability to use power tools to perform HVAC jobs.
• Able to lift objects safely over 50 pounds and perform climbing/standing/kneeling.
• Experience ascending/descending ladders per OSHA.
• Willing to wear PPE as required by regulations.
• Experience on construction sites and in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install duct work in residential new construction homes.
• Install HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on all installations and tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues that may arise during an install.
• Communicate with builder and supervisors about the installation process.
• Inform and educate personnel on newly installed equipment.
• Ensure company vehicle is kept clean and well maintained.
• Complete tasks within the company's standard timeframe.
