Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking an HVAC Technician for residential new construction to install, start up, and troubleshoot forced-air and ductless systems in new homes while ensuring code compliance and high-quality workmanship.

You will read blueprints, set equipment, run and seal ductwork, verify airflow, and coordinate with builders and inspectors to meet standards. Strong communication and teamwork with homeowners, inspectors, and crews are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing and servicing residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to interpret plans and follow code requirements.
• Skilled in ductwork fabrication/sealing and airflow verification.
