• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company quality standards.

• Install ductwork and HVAC system components.
• Test and balance systems for proper performance.
• Maintain strong safety and workmanship standards.
• Help train and supervise other installers.
• Complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Job description

Location: Owatonna, MN
Pay: $38-$46 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; occasional overtime and bi-monthly on-call rotation
