First Rate Plumbing Heating and Cooling is seeking an Experienced HVAC Installer to join our Albuquerque team. The role focuses on installing residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring safety and quality, and mentoring junior installers in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC design and installation.
• Knowledge of electrical, gas, refrigerant, and low-voltage systems.
• Leadership mindset with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and cooling systems to company standards.
• Work with furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems, and refrigerant lines.
• Ensure installations are completed safely and efficiently.
• Test and balance systems for proper operation.
• Mentor and assist junior installers as needed.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service.

$27-$42/hour depending on experience + bonuses

Full-Time | Albuquerque, NM Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM | Overtime Available

What We're Looking For
