Veteran Air in Sarasota, FL, seeks an HVAC Install Manager to oversee daily operations of the Residential HVAC Installation Department. You will lead installation technicians, coordinate scheduling, and drive safety and quality to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

This role focuses on recruiting, training, and developing the team, partnering with sales and operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
• Experience with training installation technicians.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support HVAC Installation Technicians and installation support staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop installation team members.
• Oversee installation scheduling, workforce allocation, and departmental productivity.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure installations meet company, manufacturer, and code requirements.
• Maintain and enforce safety standards and procedures for all installation projects.
• Provide technical guidance and field support to installation teams when needed.
• Resolve installation-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The HVAC Install Manager oversees the daily operations of the Residential HVAC Installation Department. This leadership role is responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, driving operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
