Job summary

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and test residential HVAC systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
Lead and guide team members and customers through changes in installation plans or technical adjustments, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Diagnose and resolve installation issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain project timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes, equipment used, and any modifications made during the installation.
Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes to ensure safe and compliant installations.
