Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years proven experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Basic understanding of HVAC components and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in HVAC installation preferred.
• Experience leading small teams or guiding customers through technical changes.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Customer service experience in a technical field.

Responsibilities
