Job summary

20/20 is seeking an Assistant General Manager/General Manager for the Residential Division in San Diego. The role partners with the San Diego GM to run day-to-day operations, own the divisional P&L, and drive revenue growth while ensuring safety and quality across both single-family and multi-family projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of leadership, $20M+ P&L experience, and a track record with builder accounts in Southern California, particularly San Diego.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership in residential plumbing, HVAC, or combined mechanical contracting.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility of $20M or larger with revenue growth and margin protection.
• Strong builder account development and relationships in Southern California, especially San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Co-own divisional P&L performance with the GM and oversee revenue, cost, and productivity.
• Drive on-time, on-budget execution across active single-family and multi-family projects.
• Develop and maintain builder relationships; lead project pursuits from qualification to award.
• Direct supervision of field and office leadership totaling 50–75 personnel.
