Responsabilités

• Strategic Planning: Develop business plans, manage budgets, and drive sales expansion while identifying market opportunities.
• Operations Management: Oversee installations, repairs, maintenance, scheduling, dispatching, inventory, and fleet management while ensuring code compliance.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff in a positive work environment with clear performance expectations.
• Financial Management: Manage P&L statements, implement cost controls, handle job costing and pricing.
• Customer Relations: Address issues, ensure satisfaction, and manage online reputation.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce licensing requirements, certifications, safety protocols, and regulations.
